Placed a Mechanics Lien on a customers property back in November of 2019 but never enforced it. Now, it looks like it is too late. Is there any recourse?

If the job is not yet complete, or complete but 90 days have not passed since it was completed, or 30 days have not passed since a Notice of Completion was recorded, you can record another lien. If that's not an option, you still have 4 years on a breach of a written contract. Feel free to call or email me to further discuss. Thanks,
