the G.C. and Cowboy Grading both had a mutual agreement to terminate our contract at that point we turned in for our retainage to the G.C. the G.C. stated they could not pay us until the job was completed we were told it would be at the end of June. we continued to send a copy of the retainage request every month until the end of June at that time we were told that the new completion date would be Aug 24 when we contacted them on this date they said it would be another 180 days. the G.C. president called me a week later and said they were going to walk away from the job and a week later we got a letter from the G.C. stating the owners had sent them a notice of termination letter. what do we do from this point. thank you so much.
