I am an licensed electrician who does side work I ran an ad in Craigslist and was hired by a subcontractor to wire an existing old home. I completed the work on Oct 16 2019 he said he will pay me when he has the property inspected. He has told me on many occasions that the inspection was scheduled but really wasn’t. And now he doesn’t return phone calls or texts. And when he does answer it says it’s scheduled but it is not. I call the Building inspection department and they tell me there isn’t anything scheduled
