What avenue should I take in this submitted manner

Nevada

Simply put I was involved as Independent Contractor on a Large taxpayer funded project in Clark County Nevada with work started Janurary 2019. The firm I personally brought into the Project agreed to a scale of my paid percentage being 40 percent net, the Contractor 60 percent, as I gave an extra 10 percent to them, being financially challenged due to family medical issues. The General Contractors involved paid like clockwork to the Contractors we serviced, who in turn paid like clockwork to the firm that has held large sums of my earnings since 2019. Constantly lying about being delayed in payments from the 2 Contractors serviced, that has been found untrue, both Contractors provided full Accounting and Invoices to me for review. The firm I was with continued with all family business members including the President and DOO, continued to this very email excuse after excuse in getting me whole, as other trucking firm involved. I would say they have concealed dollars owed for personal gain and use, and many have stated I should bring in Govt. authorities as it probably has a criminal intent involved. Not being an attorney, trying time and time again to get paid, excuse after excuse again, trying resolve all, no real answers or checks, so many invoiced items totally unpaid, I donot know if all involved in the project would be sued over the total misgivings of these family firm, I do need a path, as it has hurt financially and distress wise for close to 2 plus years.
