Hello, A Lien was filed against a customer of mine form a contractor who failed to complete a job successfully. Since we do not want to go through a legal mess we are willing to pay the technician (even though the work was not complete nor done correctly. The technician has added "legal" fees along with fees for filing the lien. Please assist.
