What are my requirements.

I am looking at bidding on doing work on a temporary projected at Golden Gate Park location in San Francisco Ca. The project is estimated to take around six to eight days to put up the temporary structure, I am from Kentucky. What requirements would I have as a contractor to work in California on a small project. Thanks

There are a number of potential requirements that may come into play when bidding on a California public works project. And, unfortunately, I'm no expert on procurement in California. Still, some things that may come into play might be bid bonds, payment bonds, CA licensing requirements, and other general procurement considerations.
