This was 2nd job of 3 that I grouped together to get these owners to agree on the same roof system and thus, Firestone upgraded all of them from 20 yr standard to a 25 yr. non prorated premium warranties. He ran his American Express for the deposit which Chase and Stripe Screwed up due to fraudulent activity by others and Stripe deposited Michael Sharpe Roofing, LLC funds into Michael Sharpe's Personal Checking account. Then Mr. Collins breached contract and the payment company Stripe, gave him is deposit back. Then told be if he lied to them (he did) breached contract they pay me out and go after him. So, I contacted him and told him what they said and asked him to let me load and do the job, and I would get it done within 72 hours and he said no? Chase shut off personal account and kept my account number to try to catch the company's that were ACH'ing my account fraudulently. So, I lost 3 jobs Totalling approx. $150,000 due to these owners breaching contract and leaving me with no job to do, and two trailers full of materials to return, and I have not been able to recover yet.
