What are my option to collect payment for services rendered on lawn care and maintenance?

If s customer refuses to pay for lawn care and maintenance service after we have performed the services how can we legally make them pay for the services rendered? Sent several email messages and as yet no response. What are my options to collect?

Under Florida law, if you installed trees and plants that are permanent to the property, then you may have the ability to file a lien against the property. If your services were more typical monthly maintenance, such as mowing, weeding, edging, trimming, etc... then you generally do not have the ability to file a lien for that. That being said, a lien is just one of many options available to recover money from a homeowner. You likely have various claims against them and could probably sue them. You should contact an attorney to discuss your options.
