Hi, I did not file a mechanic lien on time for a job we did for a contractor. What are my next options? It will be a year this October 15th 2021 since we finished the job in the state of Pennsylvania. Thank you, Jamie Hernandez

At this point, in order to recover, you may have contractual claims against the contractor and potentially unjust enrichment claims against the property owner, depending upon what work was performed. I recommend reaching out to a construction attorney to assist in evaluating your claims and determining the options for moving forward.
