What are consequences for an advisory notice? The result of a complaint I filed is that the contractor was issued an advisory notice for the violations. What are the typical consequences?

Looking at the CSLB website, they define an advisory notice as a "Notification provided to an individual that there is a minor violation and that a future occurrence may result in a disciplinary action." So, an advisory notice being issued as the result of a complaint essentially acknowledges that there's been a minor violation of the CSLB rules and warns that, if it happens again, more serious consequences will come into play.
