We hired a man to build our house a year ago he started 1-9-19 and we still don’t have all the exterior doors on it and there’s a lot on the inside that has not been done and we have given him $192,000.00 and we have been doing all the running around to get supplies that he was supposed to get,he hasn’t finished the outside either. The work he’s done is bad inside. He has no help and he hasn’t done any real work in 5 months and we have given him 52000.00 in these 5months. We fired him on Saturday January 18th. You could tell he was on drugs. Can he put a lien on my house ? Thanks Teresa
