I am not a contractor. I am a condo owner .Condo association hired plumbing company to replace stocks on entire building. We as owners of one unit were offered added option to install laundry hook up box. In e-mail we were provided a form that we had to sign and scan and e-mail back to the plumbing company. It had No COST of job stated, no date when it would be done. Is plumbing company required to send us Notice to Owner under this scenario.
