This question is for Matt Viator. Do you have a copy of an EDR performance bond?

I am a contract surety underwriter and this form of bond need has arisen.

Unfortunately, I do not. A copy of an Expedited Dispute Resolution ("EDR") bond might be publicly available in Pennsylvania since an EDR bond was created and used for the Pennsylvania Rapid Bridge Replacement Project, though. Plus, someone involved with the creation of the EDR bond used for the may have access to that - like a representative at American Insurance Company or Travelers. Granted, I'm not sure how willing they'd be to share. 

Finally, someone from Ashurst, Walsh Investors, Kiewit Development, Aon Risk Solutions or Standard & Poor’s may have a copy of an EDR bond or at least point you in the right direction. According to this Ashurst blog article, all of those parties helped to understand and evaluate the bond.
