Home owner paid a down payment towards project. Worker wanted final payment but he did not finished project that was agreed upon .

Give my office a call for a free consult so I can better understand the facts here. 260-782-1712. There are typically 3 statutes that govern home improvements in IN. As a contractor if you are not compliant you could get slammed with 3x damages and attorney's fees. If you're a home owner you could sue a contractor for 3x damages and attorney's fees.
