I was contracted by a customer who wants me to be her project manager and General contractor for her new nail salon in Lancaster Ohio. I've work as an independent home improvement contractor for residential and commercial repairs and remodels for 17 years now. But this would be my first time in the lead General Contractors position. I need to know if : 1. Am I even allowed to take on this roll by state and local government? 2. What lf and special licenses will I need? 3. Do I need to carry any specific license to have subconscious for HVAC, electric, and plumbing? 4. Will levelset set me up with commercial material financing? 5. Are there any any special ways that I get paid?
