The property owner of the Lien is requesting a copy of the invoice the work was done on. It is before the 90 day deadl
The lien property owner is requesting a copy of the invoice the lien was based on. The work was done before the 90 day deadline. Should I send the invoice to him?

It's natural for a property owner to want a copy of the documents supporting a filed mechanics lien claim. After all, it's perfectly reasonable for them to want assurance that the amounts they may be paying are actually owed.
As long as everything has been done above board and the lien was filed for amounts actually owed, then there should be little hard in sending an owner a copy of the invoice(s) you based your lien claim on. And, if you want to move forward to negotiate and resolve the claim, that may need to happen.
However, that's a call you'll have to make.
