The client paid me with a check without funds, should I put it on my lien?

I have the check and a document from the bank that proves this. should I put it as proof in my document?

Your lien may include only the unpaid value of labor, services and materials in place. The NSF check by Florida law is called a "payment instrument." The law allows you to send the maker of the check a 30 day notice to pay it plus 5% of the check or $50, whichever is more. If the maker fails to do so you can then file suit to recover four times the face value of the check, plus 5% of the face value, plus attorney's fees. I suggest that you consult with a lawyer about this matter.
