I filed a claim against a bond company for landscaping that was done incorrectly. We called them on several occasions with a response that they would get back to me or no response at all. The principal responded that he didn’t do anything wrong. I responded to the Bond company with estimates and pictures of everything wrong. The bond company is now saying that I need to let the company come out to try and repair. I had already advised that I did not want them to come back to my house. Do I have to let them come back in order to receive a refund from the bond?
