What does your website do about someone filing claims against a business that aren't true and continuously doing it to make that company look bad? If they keep reporting the same thing month after month that isn't true isn't that slander technically?
I cannot speak to how or if LevelSet handles issues like this.
However, as an attorney I can tell you that, very generally speaking, if the claims being made are part of legal proceedings, they are very often privileged. However, if we're talking about general reviews, comments or public BBB type posts, the the contents of the lanaguge is untrue and damaging to your company's reputation, then yes the claims could very well rise to the level of libel (like slander but written).
