What kind of lien would I file on a business that has slander my name and false imprisonment

While slander and false imprisonment are serious claims, it is unlikely that a lien is the appropriate remedy. Liens are instruments used to secure a debt, and work for that purpose, not as retaliatory weapons related to another parties unlawful conduct. If, however, a suit for defamation (slander) is successful and a monetary judgment is awarded, a judgment lien may be filed to secure payment of the judgment award. Generally, in Nevada, four elements are required in order to maintain a successful defamation claim:
  1. A false statement;
  2. Publication of the statement(s) (making the statements known) to a third party;
  3. These statements were made negligently, recklessly or intentionally; and
  4. Damages caused by the statements

I have all of those and I spent ten days in jail  lost my girlfriend and son and my job know anyone that will take the case
