Should we send a separate preliminary notice to each recipient even though they all share the same address?

CaliforniaPreliminary Notice

We noticed that the Owner, Direct Contractor, and Construction Lender share the same address, we are wondering if we need to send each recipient a separate Preliminary Notice even though they all have the same address or would one notice suffice the requirement.

Yes you should. Additionally you should look up the entity names on the California Secretary of State and CSLB website to confirm they truely all share the same address.
