We placed a Mechanic Lien. Immediately the Contractor wants to pay. It is now out of his hands and the responsibility of the Bank that holds the loans for construction. The bank is requesting we remove the lien and that they will pay as soon as the lien has been removed. Up until this point, we have been contacting them for several months with no response.
