Should I add the GC's name to the UF release if not named on the original Prelien?

I am a materials supplier and my customer is a sub. Our part of the job is done and we have been fully paid for a few months now. The sub is asking me for an unconditional final but they want me to add the GC's name to the release. Working with Levelset Help, they are not able to add on the GC, only send the GC a copy of the release. I make a release by hand, are we putting anything at risk by adding the GC's name on the same line as our customer, the sub?
