Are "pay when paid" and "pay if paid" clauses enforceable in subcontract agreements with general contractors in Oklahoma. I have read that 'pay when paid " clauses are enforceable in most states while " pay' if paid" clause is contrary to public policy and not enforceable in most states. What is Oklahoma's legal status on these two issues. Thanks Bob Richardson
