Right to cure, How can a judge determine right to cure when the workman has been proven to lie and cheat the employer? can the employer be forced to allow the workman back on his property to correct the problem? who's to say he won't TRASH the property? damage the good work done and make things worse? and doesn't the owner have the right to ban him from the property? after many attempts and long discussion and refusal to admit he hasn't done the work he claimed he has to then go to court and admit he lied , surely a person does not have to trust him on the property to correct his previous lies?
