Renter Destruction

FloridaLawsuit

I have a condo unit that was purchased from pervious owner. Since the owner was building a house and needed a place to live during that time, a lease was extended to them. The house was to be finished within two or so months which then turned into two years. An inspection report was issued and found a few items needing to be fixed. The items were supposed to be fixed, later to find out they were not. In addition to the few items needing fixed, the discovery of many other items were not working when the tenant moved out. In addition to all that, the condo unit decided to continue their lawsuit against the builder which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. I need an attorney that can handle a case like this. Damaged Item: Water Heater $1100, A/C unit $500, stove $2200, dryer $600, and washer $600.
