Contractor has not brought suit on a mechanic lien they filed 3 years ago. Im currently paying a bond premium every year. The Lien is completely exaggerated. How can I get this to go away

You can file a complaint for wilfull exaggeration and a motion to vacate the lien.

you may retain an attorney to have the bond cancelled.
