One of our subs filed a lien 8 months ago in NV and never perfected it. How do I get it released?

If the subcontractor is not responding to you or refusing to release the lien, an attorney can file a motion to expunge the lien and get it removed quickly. Sometimes, you can also recover your attorney’s fees for expunging the lien as well. Feel free to let me know if you would like me to put you in touch with my Nevada colleague to discuss further.
