On a recently filed Release of Mechanics Lien, I checked the box "Claimant wishes to release the Claim of Lien for other reasons, but reserves any rights available under law to pursue collection of the claim amount." Does this mean that I can no longer lien the property in the event of non-payment? If I can no longer lien the property, what options do I now have to pursue payment?
