Providing service to property Managment company who has stopped paying

CaliforniaCollections

I have provided security service and day porter service to a property management company who have stopped paying and are behind three months. They do not seem to be paying anytime soon. I have checks from them with no funds available. The property management Company is a third-party LLC to the owner. I have not filed a pre-lim notice but can obtain owner information.

Since you have checks with no funds available you should place the debt for collection with a certified commercial collection agency of the CCAofA who is licensed and bonded to collect in CA.  If you would like a quote on your collection options feel free to email srauch@rauchmilliken.com. Best regards, Steve

Do you have a signed contact? If so and it has the language that in case of default debtor would be liable for the collection cost that could be added to the debt.  Visit www.rauchmilliken.com for more -information and feel free to call 800-237-8430 ext 117 or email srauch@rauchmilliken.com .
