MassachusettsPrevailing Wages

In Massachusetts is there a time table for employers to pay prevailing wage following completed hours? Also in mass does prevailing need to be paid as a sub contractor?

All employees in Massachusetts must be paid prevailing wages for work on public works projects regardless of whether the employee is employed by the GC, a filed sub-bidder, or a subcontractor. It's also worth noting that all workers are generally presumed to be employees, and a classification as an independent contractor requires a strict three-part test to be met. In Massachusetts, an employer required to pay prevailing wages to employees on a public works project must complete and submit payroll records/reports (certified payroll records) including the amount paid to each eligible employee on a weekly basis.
