Is pressure washing or power washing required to be licensed? If so what kind? If not can you provide me that information as well.

As we pointed out in an answer to a similar question Florida does not specifically require a license for pressure washing. However, a general business license may be needed to operate a pressure washing business, and, if repair or replacement of siding or other "construction" work is potentially to be included with the business's services, a GC License may be required.
Additionally, it may be worth looking onto insurance, as many parties hiring pressure washing or similar services may require proof of liability insurance prior to contracting for work.
