We are a sub who started work on a project that the GC has not been paid to date. We have not paid our supplier on this project as we have not been paid. The supplier filed a ML on the GC/Owner and their 90 days is almost up. We have filed only a letter of intent. We want to know if we can take the next steps too and what that looks like.
