Next step for Levelset to file a lien.

ColoradoMechanics Lien

The letter of intent was sent and now we would like to move forward with Levelset to file the lien. What's the next step?

If you've sent your Colorado Notice of Intent to Lien (NOI), then you will need to wait 10 days after the notice is served on the property owner. Under Colorado law, an NOI is considered "served" when it is deposited in the mail. After these 10 days have passed, you're ready to file your lien claim. Depending on the situation, you may want to give the owner some time to try and resolve the payment problem before filing. However, if you don't believe payment is forthcoming, then you may want to go ahead and file your claim. As far as how to do this through Levelset, just log into your account, select the project, fill out any required information, and we'll take care of the rest. Good luck!
