New construction Occupancy

Im building a house with a new construction loan, about to get the CO. I have a materialsman lien on the build that im litigating/contesting. It is holding up refinancing to a mortgage. I own the land the home is built on, once i get the CO can i occupy the home during the litigating period the lien is in dispute.

Yes, you can occupy the home while contesting the lien. You can also bond off the lien if it is creating a problem with your refinancing.
