I am a commercial subcontractor that has been asked to do the exterior on a hotel. We have signed the contract, but our scope wont be ready to start for several months. After consideration, we have decided we don't have the expertise nor manpower to complete the project properly. What documentation needs to be sent to the general contractor so he can hire another subcontractor? We are in Georgia, the project is in Florida
