I have 2 jobs that we have Leined. One we filled an extension. We would like to know the process for lein foreclosure

The short answer is that you have to file a lawsuit to foreclose on the lien within 90 days of recording the lien, unless you've recorded a letter of credit extending the time to do so, which you've done on one of them.
