Lazer Energy delivered diesel fuel to a customer (CST) back from 12/14/21 to 2/15/22. They owe $26,823.06. Lazer Energy filed a lien on the property, but the lien was filed too late. We need an attorney to represent us in court.

Hector, prior to filing a law suit in court have you tried letting a certified commercial collection agency try to collect the debt? You should have every avenue of collections explored prior to suit. This can be collected on a contingency bases so you don't waste any upfront money for the collection work and the agency only earns a small percentage of what's collected.
