The company that I filed the lien against has asked to petition and order the lien be bonded out. From: Sosebee, Kirk M. Sent: Tuesday, September 22, 2020 4:13 PM To: solarpanel2016@outlook.com Subject: Petition to bond off mechanic's lien Good afternoon, My name is Kirk Sosebee, and my firm represents Energix EPC US LLC. I am contacting you about the attached mechanic’s lien which was filed by Solar Panel Solutions, LLC on September 18, 2020. On behalf of Energix, my firm is preparing a petition and order to bond off the mechanic’s lien, and to substitute a bond in place of the lien. Please let me know who I can talk to from Solar Panel Solutions, LLC, in order to coordinate this, or if you have counsel that I can work with on this. We would like to do this through a consent order. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Kirk Sosebee web | bio | map Kirk M. You should consult with an attorney. Bonding a lien impacts your lien rights, and depending on the petition they are filing, you could have a very limited time to take action to enforce your bond.
