My signature was forged 4 times by my contractor on a NOC

Florida

The NOC form had no notary block. Therefore, the NOC forgery was not notarized but was recorded by the County Clerk as an unnotarized forged instrument any way. The contractor also forged someone's initials on the back of the city permit checking the block that NOC had passed. My forged signatures are so uniform that it is quite clear these were computer generated signatures and they look NOTHING like mine. I went to the clerk's e-recording page and found 4 more of these forged NOCs, not notarized with 4 perfect computer-generated signatures, all on the same date as mine. The contractor has now finished 90% of the roof. They did not get the mandatory sheathing and dry-in inspections. I am 100% disabled, military vet, 27 years of service, over 65. For the first time in my life, I don't know what to do. Help!

You should notify your county/city building department for them to review for lack of inspections.
