I paid half up front and the other half once material was delivered. The decks are all complete and the siding is 99% complete I have yet to receive a lien waiver from the contractor. I was told I would get the lien waiver once job is complete. My brother said I screwed up. Now im worried that I may end up with a mechanics lien.
