We have a contractor for our home who has gone $80K Over the budget for our home addition and now walked off the job. He is saying if we don't pay him $6700 that he paid his subcontractor for plumbing and electrical he will lien our home. The plumbing and electrical work isn't done either both the sub and contractor refuse to take our calls. We are in Missouri.
