We did work for a management company on a single family home in their network that refused to pay because of an admitted internal error of approval on their part. The job was completed, the management company was notified but no payment. The original amount owed was $17,000.01 of which they offered $6,000 of which prior to the lien being recorded we refused. At this juncture the lien seems to be expired. Do we have an option to renew or extend the lien? How do we go about enforcing the lien?
