We filed a lien and did not receive the "Notice of Contest" and it passed the 60 days. What can we do about that?

How do you know that a notice of lien contest was filed?

It was mailed to our company which closed due to Covid19 and I just received the mail which I had forwarded but did not receive from the post office. It came certified but was never signed proving we received it.

Certified mail that is not picked up after notice is given is deemed "delivered." The passing of the 60 days time period means that the lien expired as a matter of law. You should consult with a lawyer about this matter because there is significant risk in filing suit on such a lien. If the Post Office is to blame for you not receiving the mail because they cut back deliveries making yours untimely then you might be able to convince a judge that your lien should be enforceable. Otherwise, you will have to rely on your right to file suit and recover money under a breach of contract claim.
