I did some work or a friend. She had pretty significant structure repair under her home. For no where near what anyone qualified to do the job would have charged her. And she has not kept her end of the deal agreed upon. The deal was made on a good old fashion hand shake. Can I still file a lien against her , or only what we agreed upon.
