The job was completed January 18th 2021 has too much time passed for our company to file a lien?

Under Civil Code section 8412, you have 90 days from the date of completion in which to record a mechanic's lien, so you appear to have missed it by a few days, assuming no valid Notice of Completion, Notice of Cessation or Notice of Acceptance has been recorded. You should consult an attorney to determine whether there are circumstances that establish a later date for completion of the project, or other circumstances. Assuming you have a valid contract, you have the right to assert a claim for breach of contract as well.
