On the lien template, it asks for labor/materials first delivered date. We wanted to clarify if this is date we ship products out or the date of confirmed delivery at customer’s location. The reason I ask is because our ERP currently is set up with a field to input product ship date but the delivery date is not easily accessible without manually pulling up packing slips and tracking confirmations to confirm exact delivery date. If it is necessary that we confirm delivery date, we will need more ERP development work and that is why we wanted to clarify the date needed or if we could use the ship date. And let’s say we enter a date that is a few days off from (ship or delivery date, whichever is the required date), will this put our lien rights at risk?
