On a General Ledger report, does the Subcontractors expense (payment to a subcontractor) have to match an accounts payable amount. I am going through a divorce and of course for support purposes he wants his income to be as low as it can be. How would my husband lower his income on his yearly General Ledger. I am assuming if there are checks going out but no invoice in accounts payable to match up to come in? Id appreciate your help explaining this.
