we move our customers machines to their different job sites and we charge them for the move so how do we put the lien for them not paying for the move

Typically you would file a lien on the property, but your lien rights depend on what you moved, where you moved it and what industry you are in. I would recommend reaching out to an attorney immediately to preserve your lien rights. You have a limited time period to file liens.
