We are a specialty subcontractor for a project. We were told that all materials would have to be store in a warehouse at the projects location. Which means they will be the ones to unload the materials and place in a safe area. Our equipment and materials have extensive lead times, unique, and costly. We want to make sure we are covered at all angles like if a disaster occurs, material being lost, dropped, stolen, or anything catastrophic. Is there a templet or guidelines that we can look at to ensure we are covered.
